Al is a highly successful serial entrepreneur with Constient Global Solutions (CGS) being his flagship endeavor. Al’s leadership has been pivotal in elevating CGS to a remarkable position in terms of customer base and revenues. His business acumen, combined with technical prowess, has been instrumental in transforming enterprise processes. Al’s expertise spans across various domains including e-commerce, e-learning, e-governance, and ERP solutions, with a special focus on cross-platform mobility solutions and game development. His academic background includes an M-TECH and an MBA from IIM, and he is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional and a qualified ISO Lead Auditor.
Vivek Durai - Partner
Vivek Durai is a tech and product strategist with 22 years of experience across multiple domains. A graduate of the National Law School of India University, Vivek has had multiple avatars, the first as a technology and corporate lawyer, the second as an entrepreneur, both spanning a decade each. A self-taught engineer, designer, marketeer and product developer, Vivek has founded multiple companies and built platforms such as HumblePaper, a contract negotiation toolkit, TermSheet, an early stage investment platform and Paper.vc, a business data platform. In his third decade of work, Vivek has focussed on lending his expertise to businesses, consulting on product and technology strategy. At Constient, Vivek leads product development, doing what he excels at - visualising, designing, developing and marketing products from zero to one.
Kamal Nazar - Partner
Kamal Nazar is the COO of CGS and is entrusted with the critical task of delivering projects that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. With extensive experience in India, the US, and Australia, working for top MNCs like TCS, EDS, Wipro, Farmers Insurance, GMAC Insurance, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Nazar brings a global perspective and a wealth of knowledge to the table. His ability to navigate through business challenges and propose innovative solutions is unparalleled. Nazar is known for his positive earnestness and his skill in managing timelines and priorities effectively. His approachable and team-oriented nature makes him a go-to leader within our organization. Nazar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
